Tolland County 4-H Food Revolution Summer Program includes daily STEM activities, themed crafts, snack making, games, and hands-on learning. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn about the environment, food preparation, and gardening. Open to youth ages 7-11

July 18th through the 21st, 2022 8-11am

Registration Fee: $15.00 per day, seperate registration for each day

Soil and Science Day:  Soil and Science Day will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 8-11 am. Soil and Science Day includes Junior Master Gardener activities, healthy dirt cups for snack, and team building games.Open to youth ages 7-11. The registration fee is $15. The registration deadline is July 8th.

Plant and Garden Day: Plant and Garden Day will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 8-11 am. Plant and Garden Day includes Junior Master Gardener crafts and activities, banana pudding in a bag for snack, and an activity to invent a new and improved turfgrass. 

Trail Exploration Day: Trail Exploration Day will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 8-11 am. Trail Exploration Day includes spray bottle art, a plant identification game, trail mix snack, as well as outdoors games, and a scavenger hunt hike.

Water Day: Water Day will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 8-11 am. Water Day includes tie dye crafts with dye made from plants, STEM experiments with water, rainbow fruit kabobs for snack, and outdoor relay games.
